Hi! I’m Shawna.

After 15 years spent in Human Resources and Talent Management across four industries, I’ve seen it all and have done just about everything in the HR space. Can I process payroll? Sure! Help with benefit plan selection? You bet. But my true love lies in development — whether it’s individually, as a team, or strategically.

As a lifelong athlete and leader, I’m forever fascinated by people, understanding what makes them tick, and what drives them to be their best selves. I’m passionate about helping individuals lean into their talents and core values to better align themselves with the organizations they work for to create connection, enhance business strategy, and foster success.

When I put down my consulting hat, I'm first and foremost a wife and a mom to two fun and energetic boys. We can often be found playing or watching some kind of sport and they teach me to be courageous and spontaneous while embracing the little things daily (also a constant lesson in patience!).

My non-work life centers on family time with them and my husband, and leaning into the active, outdoor lifestyle Boise offers. To stay balanced, I try to prioritize movement and getting outside, connecting with friends, exploring the local dining scene, or devouring a good book!
